11 months, 355 days old!

I am excited that in 10 days I will be 1! Mommy and Daddy are excited too! I am doing so many neat things these days! My newest and most exciting thing I did TODAY, was STAND UP from sitting down! I have been able to stand and cruise the furniture for a while, but today I just stood up all by myself!

I love to crawl around on all fours. Everyone keeps talking about how it makes them laugh, but I can move faster than they can! I LOVE to eat fruit...my favorite these days are blueberries! I can drink my juice from a sippy cup all by myself, but hold the milk please (soymilk that is). Mommy keeps giving me that stuff and I just keep throwing it back at her (literally). :) She even try to trick me by putting chocolate in it....good try mommy, but no thanks!

I can use my sign language to tell you that I want a cookie, drink, and popcorn. I am working on signing baby, ball, thank you, and REALLY trying to use my sign for "all done." I can do it, but it's MUCH more fun to just swipe my food all over the place or throw it on the floor. Please don't ask me to do my signs for other people...I'll just tell everyone "no" by shaking my head at them. I can point my finger at you, like I'm saying, "No No."

I say "dada" ALL the time. I love my dada, he's so funny! He is always playing fun games with me and trying to trick me by hiding. I love to chase him up the stairs and all over the bed. I also love it when he tries to stacks some blocks, because I crawl over and KNOCK THEM DOWN! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!I pretty much say, "dada" for everything (i.e., "night night, bye bye, etc). I also use my "cookie" sign for a lot of food items. I also love to say, "ha-ha" when I see a puppy dog...or any other animal (trying to say "woof woof").

Mommy and Daddy don't let me watch TV, but I do get to watch 2 videos while Mommy gets my stuff ready in the morning. My FAVORITE video is Baby Tiger. It's kind of like Baby Einstein, but for Auburn fans...LIKE ME! :) I dance, clap, and have so much fun! I do not like it when the numbers part comes on....BORING!

I am sleeping through the night...HOORAY for me! I usually go to bed between 7pm and 8pm and I wake up between 5:45am and 6:30am. I am so good in the morning, while mommy showers and gets ready. I just play in the bathroom with my toys...and I love to get into daddy's nightstand. HAHAHA!

I am eating lots of good foods! Today i had pizza for lunch and spaghetti for dinner! Mommy is showing me how to be Italian!

Well enjoy my pictures and my videos below!!!

MMMMM...Spaghetti!
In this video, you'll see me trying to play with my kitty. Yes, I was a little mean to him by throwing a block at him, but he didn't have to hit me! Thank goodness Dada came to my rescue!

Sneak Peak

My party is coming up soon! It's in 12 days! I know for sure that I'm having a Cat in the Hat party, but mommy and daddy have not really let me see any of my stuff for my party. I can't wait because I will have so many of my favorite people there. Mommy and Daddy decided that it would be perfect to limit my party to family only, but that's ok because family are flying and driving from all over the world (well just Mississippi, Tennesee, and Florida), but it is going to be fun! Here is a sneak peak at my party invitation and my shirt that I am going to wear at my party!

My Invitation! Mommy custom made all of it!

Mommy came up with the rhyme for my invitation.

YAY! I'm going to be 1!

Pretty cool invitation huh?

My favorite...cool shirt!

HAHA! Mommy made me another cool shirt! I am wearing this one to school to impress the babes...or babies. :)

Birthday Party Extravaganza!

I'm sill recovering from a busy weekend I had a couple of weeks ago! On August 14th, I was invited to 4 Birthday parties...you heard me...4! I could only make it to 3 of them (sorry Zachary!!). In the morning, I went to my best girl's bday....Macy Brooks! She is 2 weeks older than me and she had an awesome beach party in her backyard. There were beach balls EVERYWHERE and I got to take one home with me! She had a really neat cake, it was 2 flip flops and boy did she enjoy those!

Then I took a quick nap and was then off to my bud Harrison's party! He's one of my "older" friends, he was turning 4! I can't believe he's 4-years-old. He had a PIRATE party at a jumpy place called Jeronimo! They had a room just for kids 2 and under, but I enjoyed being where all the big kids were! I went down a slide 4 times and I drove a car. I only could stay for 30 minutes because then I was off to....you guessed it, another party!

This time it was a friend of mommy and daddy's...Jamus. He's real old. :) I really liked this party because it was at my favorite hangout....RED ROBIN...yum! My friend Red wasn't there on that night, but that's ok because Brooke, Kinsley, Leo, Sophia, Jack and Emma were! I got a balloon and got to see the waiters sing. There was a lot of action and a lot of people!

When I got home...I was TIRED! What a day! I can't wait until my birthday party! Here are some pictures from my big birthday extravaganza!

Me and a big ball at Macy Brooks' party! I love beach balls!

Crawling through the grass!

Come and catch me daddy! I'm fast because I crawl on all fours!

I'm not sure I'm having fun in these bouncy things mommy!

WOW! This is the neatest room ever!

Everywhere I go, there are lots of things for me to drive!

My friend Emma! Isn't she cute?

Everyone at the party! Mommy and Daddy were joking with their friends that 2 years ago there were no "babies" and they were out partying at Wild Wings all night...wherever that is!

Phew! What a night!

Thinking back to the old days...

So I was reminiscing the other night about a trip I took, before Mommy made by blog! I thought I'd share some of my travels with my fans now. In October of 2009, Daddy and Mommy took me on my first airplane ride to Washington D.C.!! Daddy had a bunch of meetings and mommy and I were just tagging along. It was exciting because it was my first trip to D.C. and Mommy's too! Daddy used to live up there, so it wasn't as exciting for him, plus he had to work.

We stayed at the Gaylord National hotel and it was NICE! It had this really cool water fountain that played music and turned colors every night! During the day, daddy was at meetings, so mommy and I decided to go out and explore the city!

We went to the Aerospace Museum, the Capitol Building, and walked around to see some of the sites! Mommy took lots of pictures and I kept her VERY busy! I was only 7 weeks old at the time and I gave Mommy and Daddy a little bit of a rough time in the hotel.

Mommy and Daddy did take me swimming in the hotel pool! It was a little cold, but I didn't cry. At night, we went out to dinner in the shops by the hotel. One night, mommy and daddy just had to order in, because I was a little upset. I didn't sleep very well at night, so Mommy and Daddy were very tired when the trip was over (who wants to sleep in some random crib?)! I was very good on the airplane, I love to fly! Everyone kept saying that they didn't even realize there was a baby on the plane!

What great memories for me...maybe not so much for Mommy and Daddy! I hope you enjoy this trip down Memory Lane! :)

The Gaylor National Hotel at night! Isn't it PRETTY?

Mommy and I by the cool fountain! I really liked to ride in my baby bjorn carrier...then I could be with mommy all the time! I also slept in there...Mommy always says that carrier saved her...from what I'm not sure, maybe she was being chased by a monster trying to steal her paci!

Mommy and I in front of the Capitol building! What a neat place! Mommy was very adventurous to leave the hotel on her own with me and ride a bus into D.C. for the whole day! :)

Mommy and I in some important room on our Capitol Building tour. Sometimes I would get a little bored on the tour when the lady was talking about all the stuff...so mommy would have to walk away so I didn't interrupt the tour!

This was probably the ONE time I was happy! It was also probably one of the first times I smiled in my whole life! Can you believe that?? Mommy loved this outfit, she said I looked like an Italian New Yorker in it! :)

Ready to go swimming! These were my first swim trunks ever! Don't I look super cute? Mommy even bought me a float and took it on the trip with us! I used this float over this summer too!Mommy and Daddy with me in the cold pool! I think we only stayed for about 2 minutes! That is probably the quickest swim ever, but Mommy couldn't wait to take me there!

Us in front of the fountain at night. It was a really neat fountain show, but I remember it being kinda loud!

The Georgia Aquarium!

On Friday, Mommy took me to The Georgia Aquarium! I'm not sure what was cooler, all the fish or all the kids running around me! Either way, it was a lot of fun! I saw a Whale Shark and lots of cool fish. I was really mad that I could not touch the Jellyfish! I was banging on the glass and screaming at them. Then I got really mad at Mommy when she put me back in my stroller. I really wanted to just touch the jellyfish! I also got to touch a Sting Ray! It was so cool, except it splashed the little girl next to me and when she started crying, that made me want to cry! Booohooo!

I can drive this ship!

"Hey Everyone! Welcome to the Amazon River Exhibit. I am your greeter, Aidan Courtney. To the left are the alligators and to the right are the fish!"

WOW! Look at all those fish!

A shark and it's shark week!!! AHHHHH!

WOW! Look at th

Red Robin...Yummmmmm

So tonight I went to Red Robin! It's this great restaurant where I can see balloons, a Statue of Liberty, and "Red" the Robin (a mascot that walks around). Red is there every Tuesday and Thursday and I LOVE to see him!! I like to give him 5, blow him kisses, and touch his beak.

I got a green balloon, which I had fun hitting mommy with during dinner. I heard mommy tell daddy, "Next time we'll get the balloon after dinner!" Wahhhhhh. We'll see about that! I was soo tired because I didn't want to take a 2nd nap at school today, so on the way home...I passed out!

Me and Red!

Where is that bird going???

SO TIRED!

Forks, cups, and car seats! Oh my!

I know I keep saying this, but now I really mean it...I am a BIG BOY! I have been working on using my fork and I like it! It's okay if mommy helps me put the food on the fork because that part is hard. However, please mommy, do not touch my cup!! I can do it all by myself and I don't need your help! If you help me, I will throw my cup on the floor and then cry about it! Don't even try to sneak that cup back up on my tray because you ruined my whole experience by helping me! :) I do best drinking juice out of a sippy cup, but I can also drink out of a big boy cup without a lid. I have to admit, I do spill a little....ok A LOT, but I am still good at it!

I knew something strange was going on when mommy kept taking me back and forth from Babies R Us to Target. She kept making me sit in these funny seats with seat belts in them. Then one day it happened....that seat showed up in my car!! Next thing ya know, I'm sitting in it, riding down the road with the A/C blowing in my face.....ahhhhh, this is the life! I can't believe I've been riding backwards all this time with the sun in my face and no A/C blowing on me!! I will never go back...although I do miss my bug friends that hung on my other car seat! But now there are much more things to look at and yesterday I got to see windshield wipers going back and forth for my first time!!! I'm still not 100% sure what to think of everything. For now, I just kick back and take it all in...quietly...I'm sure that won't last long. :)

Big Day Out in Atlanta!

Last Friday I had so much fun! Mommy took me to the Children's Museum in downtown Atlanta. We went with my friend Alison, her mommy Tiffany, and Tiffany's sister! We had soo much fun! There was a lot of "big" kids there, which made it hard for Ali and I to find a grocery cart to do our shopping in the store area! This one girl took one away from Ali, but don't worry, we got her back later! We played in the toddler area and had a lot of fun crawling through this tree trunk and there was this door that I got to open and close as many times as I wanted. I also rocked out on this piano and got to splash in some water. We played in some moonsand and also with legos...although the shelf was much more fun than the giant legos!

After the Children's Museum, we walked through Centennial Olympic Park and went to the CNN center to eat lunch. I was a BIG boy and sat in a big person chair next to mommy! I ate a hamburger patty and sat like a big boy! It was so hot and there were A LOT of kids in the Olympic fountain,, so mommy and Miss Tiffany said that we would save that for another day. Ali and I were so tired, I don't know how Ali stayed awake on the way home...I fell fast asleep!

Playing in the sand with mommy!
Splish splash! That water was stinky though!!!

In a tree house!

"Hey kid, ya think you can throw some more stuff from your basket into my sink? Thanks!"
